	Customs hours:
	Monday through Friday: 8:00-11:30 and 13:30-16:30. Clearance outside normal customs hours possible through advance arrangement with local customs offices.

	Restrictions: 1. Import:
	In the case of presents between two governments: Import Permit from Police and Customs authorities are composed: Buffaloes, beef cattle, porkers, poultry and chicken etc. No restriction: Formalities conditions are very favorable. Live animals: Health Certificates are required. Import Permit issued after inspection on arrival by authorised official of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Plants and Plant materials: Plants and seeds: Phytosanitary Certificate and Import License from Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development required. Export: Live animals: Any animal exported requires prior written Export Permit, Health Certificate and Import Permit. Regulations for example fireworks, explosives for industrial use, etc.: Permit from Ministry of Public Security. Narcotics and drugs: Export authorization from the Ministry of Health. Human remains: Death certificate, enbalment certificate, certification from embassy. Radioactive materials: As import restrictions
